Had come here once on Taco Tuesday. I was not expecting much at first from $3 Tacos but after trying it I would say it was quite delicious and you must go there and try it at least once. Its a really great place to chill out with friends and it gives a real Mexican feel.About the service, I would say it was pretty good. They werequick in serving our orders.
Great food, variety and service! The Buffalo Wings are not to be missed, and get it with the Coriander dip and Pie Puffs are delicious as well, however the Burrito Bowl with the Fiesta Chicken left a bit to be desired. It was a bit creamier than one would expect a Burrito to be, maybe it’s just personal preference. The portions are great, but this place would much better suit larger groups (the restaurant is huge) so you can try more of the food.
Lively place with hearty portions. The fajitas for two are a great way to share and custom make your own meal to your liking. The chicken can be slightly dry but the pork is always spot on. The sides of pineapple and jalapeos add additional zest. Be careful of the hot plate – it will burn you! I believe they also have the fajitas for two on a special take away for 40$, great value.
Been going here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience!! Sometimes when it’s super busy you may wait 15-20 minutes max for food, but otherwise you will get your meal quite quick with friendly service too. Great atmosphere and the food is decently priced. One of the best restaurants for a celebration in Wollongong!!!!!
I went on Taco Tuesday and was impressed.I really liked the interior decoration of the restaurant and theme.$3 tacos were a real bargain and made for a very cheap meal out. I also liked that you were able to order different flavours of taco, as often when there’s a deal it’s restricted to orders of only one flavour.I tried chicken, beef and pork and paid extra for guacamole (totally worth it). They were all nice and the service was relatively quick given how busy the restaurant was.We did leave booking a bit late and ended up eating very early, so definitely book early for taco Tuesday. girlinbetween.com
Muy bien!. How the hell is this place only on 67%?!?! I was in the Gong, up from Melbourne for the weekend. We have some great Mex joints in Melbourne, and this place is right up there with the best of em. Huge menu of amazing food, great beers and cocktails, and the tequila was flowing. Chuck on your sombrero and get down there, delicioso!
Overpriced. Service and response of staff is slow. Only thing i feel is worth the money is the ‘Franks Original’ chicken wings.
