I was curious with this place but never had a chance to give it a try cause i rarely has errands in this area (only once when my husband got hospitalized across the road). This weekend we get no idea for where to have brunch cause mostly we’ve been at all cafes around Wollongong CBD. This place suddenly comes up on my head and my husband agreed to try it. Dont fooled by looking this small cafe cause once you stepped inside it’s not that small. I liked their interior arrangement, it’s vintage yet rustic. Waiters were friendly. We both had cappucino (taste good), ham and tomato toastie for hubbie and omelette with kale and mushroom for me. Price wise for all these stuff. Definitely comeback next time
I’ve been here a couple of times. The atmosphere is enjoyable as is the decor. It’s conveniently located across from the hospital for those in the area and the staff are nice. Had an amazing pear and rhubarb croissant but my hot beverages have been consistently average. I’m lactose intolerant so ordered a small soy chai to go. By the time it had cooled enough to take a sip , I realised it was not soy milk. It was more apparent because the chai itself had next to no flavour. I ended up tipping it which is a shame.
