Super delicious and you couldnt ask for friendlier service from dynamic husband and wife team Massimo and Agnes. Was lucky to nab one of their delicious burgers at the launch of their new food truck. Be sure to arrive early though to avoid missing out!
Found this food truck with a long queue at the Strathfield Spring Festival. Who couldn’t resist a huge burger and jazzed up chips to go with it? Not me. uh-uh. So even though I was already hungry waited in line for a bit just to try their burger and fries. I had the chicken burger. It was called El Hermano something- I’m not entirely sure. But I know hermano is brother in Spanish and it ain’t chicken at all. Anyway, I got the fried chicken burger and loaded fries topped with four cheese and sriracha mayo. Both of which I’m happy to report is absolutely yummy! Paid $21 for the ordered items.I can’t stop eating the shoe string cut chips. It was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Crunchy on the outside and just the right texture on the inside. The burger was huge. The fried chicken was juicy – I guess it was too juicy. No, change that it was oily. It probably didn’t stay long on the strainer. But that didn’t dampen the eating momentum. The sauce and the slaw in it was just perfect didn’t make the bun soggy. Yes, I would definitely look for this truck again. Hunt them if I must. mypostcardtrail.com
