Walked up and ordered a coffee and didnt start with a fresh shot of coffee. They grabbed a cup that was sitting on top of the machine that must have had a split shot from a previous order. They then added a small amount of milk to the jug that was already full and reheated the milk. Staff then got defensive and tried to justify.
