Straight out of the 90’s style cafeteria with old school offerings and decor to boot. Thank God for the existence of places such as this. Think no frills beef/chicken/fish burgers, chicken schnitzy, good ol bacon and fried egg sandwich, steak sandwich (!!), trad ‘big breakfast’s plate.. All very reasonably priced operated by a homely couple who seemed to know their customers. Our various burgs (with egg, with cheese, with cheese n bacon) came with fresh crunchy lettuce, tomatoes and bbq sauce (tomato sauce is another option). No fancy garlic aoili, maple infused thingy, super secret special sauce, pulled meat, smashed patties here. All the better for it.
The food at charlie’s is amazing! I ordered an omlete and fresh juice for breakfast and the service was amazing and quick. I definitely recommend coming her just for a quick bite. The food is very affordable!
