Having previously tried the bagels from their stall at Eveleigh Markets, it was great to dine-in at their Woolloomooloo eatery, and get the opportunity see their bagels being handmade onsite.Chewy, with a nice crust, and slightly sweet, the Montreal-style bagels are woodfired to perfection. Classic bagel toppings like smoked salmon, pickles and Neufchtel sit on the menu alongside more unique fare like cauliflower with smoked vegan cream cheese. Naked bagels are also available to purchase to go.
