Rude Management. I had been here a few times. Food and service was great. To my disappointment last time I dined the young waiter was obviously new and had not wiped down a table to the (I’m guessing) owner or managers standards and was spoken to in a disgraceful manner. Won’t go back for this reason alone.
Good Food, Good Price but Cash Only!. We’ve been here a couple of times and the food has always been tasty. Good portions, nice flavours and decent prices. The staff look a little rushed on Friday nights but it does get busy. The only annoying thing is that they only take cash. Minor issue I suppose.

Not Happy Jan. After seeing the responses of K.B. Thai’s management on this and other sites, I would strongly recommend that they stop rubbishing others and look closely at what it is they are doing. It is clear that KB Thai was once very good but have slipped over the years. Know that the customer is always right. Do not try and make excuses for what people have complained about,, just fix the problems and maybe one day you will earn the trust back of those people you have burned. I have experienced rude service and poor quality here. I have also had some very good food here too. Understand that I don’t care what other places do with their entree’s or herbs. To the owners of KB Thai, I WILL NOT come back to your restaurant while you have an ATM machine in the foyer. Get with the times and let us pay by card like every other restaurant in the world, your excuses are poor and it is very clear that the ATM is nothing but a greedy, money grabbing exercise. I do not care if your mains are only $12.50, I will pay more for good food, good service and to be able to pay for my meal with a credit card!! I wish you well in the future and I will be back one day to see if you have managed to lift your game.
Ok Thai Just Cheap. They don’t do bad thai but they allow smoker to puff away on the table next to you and ruin your meal wouldn’t return for anything just awful everything tasted like cigarette I couldn’t tell the quality of the food.
Great food, great service. Owners are friendly, staff friendly as well. It was my birthday, what could I ask for?
Good Food – Poor Management. I have been going to KB Thai for a number of years and have found the food and most of the staff lovely.However, I recently had an issue and found the manger to be extremely rude and unhelpful. He even ignored me whilst I was waiting for his help so that he could finish his conversation with a friend. I will never go to KB Thai again and will be telling everyone I know the same thing!
