Stopped by this afternoon with wife. Unexpected find of a place in such a small town. Ice cream was very good and the portions were generous. Recommend UE to anyone looking for a delicious cool treat.
The monkey like. We’ve tried most of the flavours and they are all DELICIOUS !!There’s nothing better than going to Uncle Edy’s on a hot day and devouring a couple of scoops on a waffle cone !!Not a cheap cone of icecream but happy to pay because of the quality.

Great ice cream. The owner is a Alice Springs lifetime local with lots of long time back local knowledge. He invented a new ice cream the day we went in. Beautiful Rafaello. Coconut, almond, white chocolate. Insist on that ice cream. You’ll love it.
Excellent ice cream!!! Nice price and a lot of optional flavours. Two big balls with waffle cones just cost $6.5. Really really recommend to every one.
