This is a fantastic restaurant with dreamy staff, fantastic food and yes great views. I think it was one of Darwins finest and we have been to a few.
Came for dinner tonight at YOTS Greek Taverna, after ads showcasing this restaurant on TV finally convinced me. The food portions were very generous, and quite tasty, full of flavour. The meals tasted homemade and traditional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the salty/sweet combination of the spanakopita! The only issue we did have was with service in the beginning; we ended up waiting 25 minutes for our order to be taken which did make us approach the front desk. The staff handled it excellently, and from then on made a concerted effort to ensure that for the remainder of our stay, we were attended to (including a complimentary dessert!). Also, the setting is AMAZING, right on the water at the Cullen Bay marina. I think a return is on the cards.
A lovely Greek restaurant in Cullen Bay that ticks several boxes: the location (right on the water) is amazing, the food is good and the portions are generous. I’ve always been quite happy with the service here, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
We are here on holidays and I was so keen to head to Yots after the owner featured on food safari and I was expecting real traditional Greek food, This was not the case, apart from the saganaki which was awesome!!! The meat dishes were not tasty and the fish dishes were baked and no char grilled options. There is nothing like delicious char grilled seafood. Was not blown away but maybes expectations were too high.
Lovely setting, friendly service. They had some insect repellent for us to use which was a godsend. The food was good, didn’t knock my socks off but was definitely yum. The highlights were the saganaki, spanakopita and lamb yiros. Oh and the fresh bread – so good! I wasn’t quite as keen on the octopus or the pork yiros we had on special, but all up definitely recommend
What a beautiful setting for a special dinner. Cullen Bay is a lovely part of Darwin and the marina there has a fantastic atmosphere. Yots was our first dining experience there and did not disappoint. The food was fresh, flavoursome and plentiful; just as Greek food should be.
A magic setting outdoors on a balmy August night. Service excellent and food also very good. Beware the wilted spinach side diah is really silverbeet
