I read the reviews for Zamaan and thought we would give it a try. So glad we did!They are now hitting their stride. Service was prompt and excellent without being obtrusive. Food was delicious and a welcome change from the Darwin staple offerings. Excellent food with very generous servings.If you are over 45 you will need your reading glasses for the small font menu.Mumtaz (excellent)!
Went to this restaurant on Valentines day with high expectations but we were very disappointed. Waited forty mins for our entree and a further hour and a half for for our main course, my wife received hers first followed by mine 15 mins later. Both meals swimming in oil and badly over cooked and over salted. The staff did apologise for the poor quality food and long wait and only charged for our entree.I have a Lebanese background and would like to say this not good Lebanese food. We will not be dining here again and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Divine. This restaurant is amazing,food ,service and atmosphere is amazing. Food is always fresh ,service consistent and service remarkable . Sousou owner and chef is very passionate in what she does and is very accomadting even if it’s out of her way. @ SCOFFERS I have no idea what your going on about ,sousou makes every effort to cater to each patrons needs. Food is NEVER reheated and in fact all her food is made to order. It’s hard to believe that their glasses were dirty and that zamaan did not accommodate to what you needed. Sousou is well known for her warmth and consistent generosity. I just think you dnt have the right palate for lebanese. Zamaan is in the making and starting off give them a break. We have recommended to many ppl and have had nothing but positive remarks. Please other reviewers you be the judge and support this woman’s amazing passion!! 🙂
