This place is located at the side of the casino a 2 minute walk from the entry. As u walk in you think modern clean and fine dining but go past the doors you find yourself in a very clean very average looking room with a tiny bar empty wine shelves over looking a swimming pool… we were eagerly greeted by the staff at the door and when we told them how many people the waitress and waiter rushed to prepare our table quick smart and im not talking rushed i mean mad dash lets to this. They took our drink orders and with in 5mins everyone had their drinks. The staff waited patiently for our main orders and soon off they go took our orders and in 17mins all meals out and done. So i can state quality of service is brilliant so attentive and fast. Now for the hard stuff… the mains we got were the 250g medium rare rump with a side of pork ribs creamly garlic sauce beerenaise sauce with garden salad and chips cooked with duck fat. The rump was definately cooked perfect and with the creamy garlic sauce perfect. The ribs now that was perfectly cooked beautiful in everyway. The only thing i could pick on was the sweetness of the marinade used for the ribs towards the end it just got too much. Salad fresh but standard as well as the chips. Proportion size very generous best by far in all of darwin restaurants. The Presentation needs some work as it looked average on the long platter. But overall great mains. Desert again perfect! the chocolate tart great but the winner by far was the creme brulee. It was how a creme brulee was ment to be. the standard was as good as the fine dining restaurants in the US or europe. Very similar to modo mio in perth. So is there any down falls in the food? Well no not really. Maybe little things but overall its actually really good. Really the only downfall is how the restaurant really needs an update decor is only the downfall. If your ever in perth or melb visit the casino there. Your up by standards of every quality but need inspiration for decor. Other than that bravo thankyou for a good night! I shall return

The service was hit and miss, quite slow. Great vibe to the place, pleasant and relaxed. I thought it was quite nice having it overlooking the lagoon. I decided to give their steak a crack and it was not bad. Cooked exactly how I liked it and their steak chips in duck fat was perfect and extra crispy. Garlic bread wasn’t anything spectacular. Overall, I wouldn’t mind coming back.
