Excellent meal very very tasty. Just lovely flavours. I had the local prawns, caramelised scallops and a crab cake with asparagus. All delicious. My bride had the Miso Salmon, it too was delicious. The asparagus side came with a suvee egg which was amazing. Nicest egg I have ever tried.Desert was nice without being outstanding. Evoo does have elegant food and the service was good within being outstanding. I have marked this harder than most restaurants as it is a fine dining restaurant. It would not take too much to make Evoo one of Australia’s top 50 fine dining restaurants.Overall it was reasonable value. More expensive than other restaurants at SkyCity but had the tastiest food by far. Well done.

Presented in a modern fashion, the dishes are delicate, hosting beautiful flavour combinations. With great ocean views, this fine dining restaurant in Sky City Casino is a must try.
Well I would say nice things except 2 guest I dined with ended up in hospital with Salmonella POISONING. What else can I say. It was pleasant at the time. Though if you are seafood that night you might not agree.
Evoo, Darwin, Australia. Step into an elegant setting where your attention is immediately drawn to the spectacular setting sun .Relax on the rear balcony area for a romantic drink. The angled atrium style windows surrounding this restaurant captures the ocean and sunset views and makes you feel like you are dining on the aft of a luxury cruise ship. Degustation here is certainly the best choice. The staff are well informed about what they are serving and are very helpful. The food is packed with flavours , fresh and served piping hot . The Degustation menu matched with wines is creative a daring and it all works. In particular matching the Pinot with the crispy skin local snapper with pickled fennel and orange was a real taste sensation. Plate serving are generous size and 5 courses is perfect. What also makes this degustation special is your ability to customise the courses and the wine matching is changed frequently by the wait staff who are eager to please. We had a fairly good dinner here, but nothing blew us away. The view is lovely – book a table for sunset to make the most of it. The service was very attentive, but maybe trying a little too hard to be silver service when the staff weren’t quite trained enough – polite and well intentioned but different people kept trying to take our orders when they’d already been taken. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. The duck entree was nothing special.
