Served by a great staff member (Laurie). Great communication and lovely smile. He even wiped down our table while we were seated as he noticed it was a bit dirty. Definitely recommend this place for eatery. Ordered the Eye Fillet, Delicious! Very friendly and outgoing staff, happy to have found this place. Will be coming back again!
I have been here once before and was not impressed by the food or the cost, this was a few years ago though, so i am hoping with all these bad reviews the management has stepped up their game and have improved, I am going back for lunch today so lets see how the food and the service pans out, as the customer service is just as important as the food!!!
Had a business trip up here and it was conveniently located across from the hotel.The steaks were displayed on the ordering counter which was great, but when it came out, they were always cooked one above asked. The food amount was fairly decent, but it was inconsistently portioned. Steak meals were filling, but the fish meals were not. Surprisinglythe price difference between there wasn’t greatly apart to justify the difference in quantity. As an example, ribs and garlic bread entrees were huge enough to fill a person.Fairly expensive for a pub in the middle of nowhere.
