Wow what a lovely cafe! The coffee was the best I have had, and the patriesery my wife and I had were also some of the best we have had.The service was very good as well. Thanks for everything on a rainy afternoon.
Great coffee, great service & delicious food. However high tea and food are slightly overpriced. The service here is great and everyone is very welcoming, happy and the staff create a great atmosphere. I visited this place for the first time last week, and will definitely be returning.
Dreadful service by young dark haired girl, seriously don’t think she wanted to be there, such a shame as the food is amazing, won’t be returning
Loveliest cafe tucked away in the hills of Albany Creek. The atmosphere here is outstanding, the service is constantly friendly and the food is always impressive. The pastries and sweets here are to die for and it’s one of the only cafes in the area that does good coffee.
Great coffee with a large range of fresh sandwiches and deserts in a nice quiet location. Definitely well worth a visit…………………
As local cafes in this area go, this is pretty nice. The decor and feel is good generally although you do still feel like you’re in suburbia with a view of the school oval out to one side or the car park on the other. Contrary to the suburban cafe experience the little desserts are to die for and are deliciously yummy and the coffee also of typical good quality you’d expect from a decent cafe. The service was fine and prompt. I can’t yet comment on other menu items, however, I’m keen to try more at what was a pleasant surprise for good old Albany Creek. I’ll be back.
Would not recommend. The high tea that was booked had 1/3 savory 2/3 sweets that were made of pure sugar. There was a choice between tea with refills or either 2 coffees, 2 milk shakes or 2 juices. My aunt got a coffee and then a juice as her next drink but they wanted to charge $2.50 extra…as if a juice is more expensive than a coffee. Or was it physically harder to pour juice into a glass??? Also didn’t tell the host a week ahead that the gluten free option would cost extra even though it was less effort to make. A delicatessen cake was substituted with kiwi fruit and strawberry. For $38 per person it was torally not worth it, go somewhere else.
