Very poor staff working here, shows in the food. We ordered a fruit fondue and a classic fondue between 4 people, both cost $20 each. After waiting 20 minutes, the fruit fondue came in a bowl with a few off cuts of banana, kiwi and strawberry and a handful of tiny churros, hardly worth $5 let alone $20. Our second fondue came out 10 minutes later, with everything presented in scabby plastic take-away containers as opposed to their regular China and it was missing the churros. We were brought a seperate plate of churros another 10 minutes later, which were undercooked. Second bad experience here, we’ve had our order taken to another table previously and sat there for an age wondering what was going on. Don’t waste your money here.

The hot choc here was great, but it took such a long time to arrive. Service staff were really cheerful and friendly. I ordered the dark choc and it was really creamy and came with a huge marshmallow.
Poorly trained and managed staff is quite evident. Could be much better. Sometimes food is good sometimes it is not. Not always clean either.
