I wish I could rate it a 0. Grill’d Sunshine Plaza is the worst! Almost every time I have been there they have messed up my takeaway order but last night took the cake. I ordered a vegie burger on a low carb bun with pineapple & no cheese + a big queenslander on a GF bun. What I received was a vegie burger on a GF bun with absolutely zero dressings – a completely dry disgusting burger that was like cardboard & almost in-edible, and the sloppiest big queenslander you’ve ever seen came on the low carb bun that was supposed to be with the vegie burger. So essentially the dumbass who made the order somehow managed to switch the buns & then forgot to put any sort of dressings on one of them. Better off driving from Maroochydore down to Kawana to get Grill’d than to order from these people!
Ordered $70 worth of food for three members of my family. Sitting at one of the tables when my youngest enters with a burger from another shop. We were immediately asked to leave and directed to sit at McDonalds where our Grill’d food was delivered to us. Tried to reason with the manager(?) but she was not interested in anything I had to say so we had to go anyway. I was in shock, should’ve asked for my money back. Burgers were way below average, certainly not worth the money. Bad experience for us all round. Last $70 they get from me.

Amazing burgers with great vegetarian options. The famous Grill’d chips and herbed Mayo are a must have! Atmosphere is very nice and service is fast and friendly.
