  PIzza never got delivered at all, got hung up on when I called them.. I just want to share my awful experience with you guys as it was really unpleasant. I ordered online with menu log.com.au at approx 7:48pm the order was confirmed and they told me it was going to around 8:40pm for delivery. When 9pm came I was wondering where my pizza was so I rang lucky pizza, however they said they hadn’t got my order from menu log. So I said can I please place an order please, he said yes, then I told him my address and he said oh we have an order here for that address, to which I said ok how long will my order be getting delivered he said another 30 mins so I said great and hung up then 40 mins past I rang again asking where my pizza was he then said another 30 mins I was getting quite annoyed at this point and said that’s not very good service waiting 2 hours for a pizza and he said ok we won’t send any then and hung up. I called again only to be hung up again on by the manager. I think it’s very rude unprofessional service and I will never be ordering pizza ever again from this company. So in the end I had to order dominos. I mean by that time I was just feeling sick and pissed off to even eat much pizza as it about 10:30pm and I had ordered my dinner at 7:48pm.
