Must be the best tonkatsu ramen in Queensland. So glad I stumbled to this place in a quiet side of Maroochydore. It was such a humble store that I had to double take the amount of people in there. I ordered the prawn gyoza and tonkatsu ramen. I so thoroughly enjoy them: I walked out of there with a food baby and left behind a very empty clean bowl. Will be back to try other noodles
We had smokey black ramen and enjoyed it thoroughly. The noodle is more of an egg noodle than ramen noodle though, and there was only one slice of meat – but the flavour was so spot on. The broth and the flavoured egg are awesome. More importantly, the staff are very efficient in handling a busy Saturday night, always friendly and service was quick. Worth visiting for sure if you are a ramen enthusiast.
This is probably the only Ramen place in Sunshine Coast? It happens to be my friend’s favourite too. The mushroom (vegan) soup base is hands down the best one if you’re into mushroom flavoured broth that is. Otherwise, their regular ramen is pretty decent too. If you order extra chashu on top of your ramen you get the nicer kind 🙂
