Coffee is consistently good. Not bitter at all unlike other major chain coffee places. Staff are always very friendly. Had breakfast here recently, was very good also.
Tried this place out for its wood fired pizzas. Placed our takeaway order and whist waiting, the pizza chef took the time to talk about the pizza and the ingredients to us. He was so proud of the quality products used that he even gave us some of the cured meats to try, and yes they were high quality. It was really great to see someone who just loved what they did for a living. But the truth was in the taste of the pizza. We had to drive 20 minutes to get back home and the pizza was amazing. If you’re expecting a pizza with tonnes of toppings and cheese this isn’t for you. But if you enjoy good pizza with smaller amounts of toppings but 100% flavour than this is worth a try! I really do judge a pizza by the base – and this was exceptional. Will definitely be back to try some of the other pizza flavours.
Diana. Second visit & as I have always said give places a second go because my second try here was worth it. My flat white was expertly poured & full on strength, but it was a different barista to my previous visit-thanks09 Jan, 2015Diana. Must have hit this shop on a bad day because the coffee was rather insipid with a large head for a flat white. Maybe will be better next time around
Great coffee, great food!. Moving from Melbourne to Brisbane I have searched for Melbourne grade coffee to no end. I found it, here, at 2 Shots Espresso. The coffee is absolutely divine, no need for added sugar and spot on every single time, no matter which barista makes your coffee. Service is always friendly. I am particularly fond of the owner and the chef, they truly care about the business and it makes such a big difference in the quality of the service. I would highly recommend their Mushroom Burger and their Raisin French Toast, absolutely delicious!
Great coffee and fantastic cafe food. WOW looks can be so deceiving, this is some of the best coffee and cafe food I’ve ever had and all at a little suburban shopping centre. A real find. Friendly staff, a cool breeze and I keep coming back.
2 Shots Espresso introduces someone to the coffee drinker world. Before 2 Shots Espresso I had not been a regular drinker of coffee, I tried some ice coffees and some hot coffee before and I was not a fan but shortly after the 2 Shots Espresso store had opened I thought it was time to try a coffee again I started with an ice coffee without ice cream or cream and I thought I can see myself drinking this sort of drink quite often. Since 2 Shots Espresso opened I have been having an ice coffee after work I sometimes have breakfast there as well and the food is great I would eat breakfast there everyday if I could
Deeelish. Who would have though you would find good coffee in alex hills?! But alas a very very very good coffee!
