I would like to start off by saying that I wish I could give less than a one rating, however I am unable to do that on Zomato. My family and myself ordered meals in the main bar off the bar menu. We mostly ordered the crumbed steaks. The crumbed steaks came out reasonably quickly, however my mother’s meal did not! We waited for a while before starting eating. When we asked about the meals, they used the excuse that it was on a different docket. We knew that was untrue as another table was still waiting on one of their meals and they were before us. After a staff member said they would go get the meal, we finished our meals and waited for another 20 minutes. Still no meal. When we asked again, the manager on duty didn’t seem too fazed but gave the money back for the meal. Now for the meals we did eat. I wish we didn’t! It would have been much better if we didn’t receive any of the meals. The crumbed steak was meant to be oven baked. But obliviously, you could tell it was deep fried. The meat tasted so sinewy and was hard to cut with even a steak knife. The chips were okay though! Overall, the experience was not the greatest. Actually, it was down right horrible. I am hoping it was just a bad day, but my suspicions are that it was a normal dining day. Be very wary of eating there.

Their explanations (they served us more expensive wine that is not on the wine list) for over charging also does not make sense. The quality of the meals are also on the poor side. From a table of 4 (all different meals)1 average meal and 3 poor meals were served. Will not be back

Always overlooked, I would order it rarer than you actually want to get the perfect steak!
