just had christmas lunch at the broncos with the family costing $99 per person. first time ever and definitely last time ever. queued good 20mins to get in then queued another 15 mins to get first plate from the buffet. went back for my second plate but this time queued for about 35 mins, got to the buffet…no more roast pork!!!! run out of food!! not happy. a word of advice broncos u dont need to carve the roast to order. that there was what was holding people up,precut a few servings of roast leave for people to help themselves that way u dont need to chat to individual people and keep people waiting.
The worst dining experience that I have ever had. We have not dined there for about 18 months. The food has gone downhill since then. Variety has decreased. The roast selection was reduced to two, dried out overcooked beef or undercooked roast pork with the crackling removed and unavailable to customers. The bread roll that I Had was cold in the middle as if cooked frozen but not long enough. The seafood salad mix had an unusual smell and taste. The deserts were dried out as if they had been cut and served then refrigerated. One of the deserts was a sponge cake where the cream on top was dried out and cracked, again recycled from the night before? Also this is the only dining establishment where tea and coffee was not available. They used to have a basic tea/coffee for free and a better quality one available for purchase from the bar area.I will never travel 60 minutes to eat here again. We had a table of 9 and at 27 dollars each you made good money from us as after leaving we drove home and prepared food that was appetising and edible.
Paid the best of $70 for some roast veggies and raspberry jelly for two. Everyone at our table of 14 was very disappointed in the quality of the food. Half my plate was inedible for some reason (pork dry and stringy, dumplings raw, pumpkin burnt to a crisp). Had to pay $100 deposit for a Wednesday night booking. Thank goodness I didn’t renew my membership as I will not be coming back.
Good buffet! Sure beats sizzler. Good options like pizza, wings, spring rolls, Yorkshire pudding and much more. It gets pretty busy, we were there at opening time and there was a line to get in. Definitely worth the wait! Dessert is good too, four ice cream flavours and other things like cakes and pavlova.
This would have to be the worst buffet food I have ever had! I enjoyed the buffet 2 years ago & returned recently to find things have gone down hill rapidly. Cold and bland horrible food. Do not waist your money! This club really needs to pick their act up!
Meh. We attended the Seafood Buffet Dinner on a Friday night. The food was good…..when you could get to it. Unfortunately what spoiled it for me was having to join several queues to fill your plate. I would of tried the carvery section but I got put off with the long line of people. (Despite the crowd, I somehow managed to get to the pizza/pasta counter and thought what I had on my plate was delicious to be honest but at this stage I was hungry). I can understand the long que at the seafood counter but seriously I think there should be more serving areas to accomodate the large dining area. I would recommend removing the tables next to the serving area and build more buffet style serving counters (like at Sizzler for example) where people have more room to move about. But that would mean spending money these days.
Really Nice. I am impressed by the buffet at how much it has improved over the past few months. I enjoyed a beautiful seafood christmas lunch and was overwhelmed by the selection of fresh seafood and hot dishes.
