I was really disappointed about the seafood buffet on Saturday night 8/9/18.Our booking was for 4 people at 7pm, when we arrived the staff told us that they had already run out of oysters and mussels!The food was not hot and fresh, and at 8:10pm (20mins before the food finishes) they turned off the fondue machine. We had to stop eating dinner to quickly get dessert before they put everything away. They ran out of strawberries leaving only marshmallows to dip in the cold chocolate at the bottom of the fondue machine… i turned around, the staff had already put all of the ice cream away, so we couldn’t get that ethier. Leaving only a few options for dessert. This definitely was not worth $45, very sad as i used to love going here…i wont be back
Really disappointed. I booked a table for 4 people $45 per person, so I went with my wife and 2 friends on Saturday night 08/09/2018 at 7pm, expecting to eat seafood because my wife love it. When we arrived, someone came to us and told us there are only prawns and crabs left. When we went to get the food, the food was already cold and only leftovers on the buffet. When it was around 8pm a waitress came to us and said that the desert buffet was going to close in 10 minutes. We had to stop eating our food to go get the desert, the fondue machine was already off for about 15 minutes with hard chocolate on the bottom, there was no fruit to eat it with only marshmallows. There was no ice cream left to eat and the desert buffet we had to wait for someone to show up and give to us. That was a very disappointing dinner and we did not enjoy the night. I would not recommend to anyone, specially if is seafood buffet. I believe for the price that we all paid ($45 per person) it should be an excellent service not only leftovers.
