We asked James at cold rock if he could make us a Poop Emoji cake for my daughters birthday and what he gave us was nothing short of exceptional, my daughter absolutely loved it and it tasted delicious. There was no fuss over such an odd request and it really made her day quite memorable. Her face when she saw it coming out was priceless. If you are looking for that perfect cake to celebrate a special occasion I highly recommend Cold Rock at Aspley

I am disgusted at the service I received tonight.. Uber eats delivered the wrong order. Cold rock was contacted & was not interested in resolving this issue, instead they told us to contact uber eats. Over one hour later, we were left to drive all the way to Aspley to take back the incorrect order & to pick up our original order. The two girls on the counter- Julia & Melanie were incredibly rude, unapologetic & the attitude was appalling. We were offered a free ice cream but then they later changed there mind. We have nothing but problems with this store in recent times. This store needs new management & training on how to run a business & speak to their customers. Will not be returning.
