Not just a reliable for morning coffee, also delivers a sublime breakfast with a toddler-friendly courtyard. The park next door is a massive bonus (fenced, plenty of seats for bone-tired toddler wranglers).

Generally not a bad cafe, staff were friendly and attentive. The lunch menu didn’t have a huge variety of options, but I ended up going for the waffles with baked beans, chorizo and poached eggs. We also had the burrito bowl. Both meals were enjoyed.

The place itself gave a homely atmosphere, contrasted with unsmiling staff. The service wasn’t that fast, yet not that slow. The coffee was nice and strong but served a bit warm; especially for a cold morning. We were blown away by our delicious breaky! Both meals were cooked to perfection. Loved the combination of my healthy bowl-quinoa, sun-dried tomatoes, tasty roasted pumpkin; perfect cooked poached eggs and flavoursome beetroot pure-wanted more!!! The prices were quite high but worth paying for.

A delightful former store now makes more than food and coffee, it’s a drop in spot, next to a park for mums and toddlers dads and toddlers, oldies, the middle aged, hipsters, young lovers and friends etc etc. Shelley is a mum herself and whether it’s the main cafe, the beautiful garden cafe or the adjacent park, you will be fed and watered quickly and beautifully. Ambience is efficient cazshuall. Coffee is great. Big tables. Bring your mac and punch out some work. Bring your dog. Stay for an hour or all day. Wait for your bus or uber and grab a long mac. Try grans savoury mince or the vege bowl or the haloumi etc etc.Hepburn Spring water sold here. Tin and timber Queenslander architecture. Doesn’t get much more simply delightful. Can’t fault it … esp the gingerbread porridge. Been many times and can’t fault them. Thanks Bellissimo

Went here on Sunday morning for a late breakfast at about 10:30, wasn’t very busy. The staff were very attentive and were quick to seat us & take our orders. I ordered the poached eggs. The meal was good, the eggs were cooked well. I feel like there could have been a bit more to the meal – $15 for 2 poached eggs, haloumi, some pesto (a bit to much pesto for me), and gf bread. Overall they had good service, okay food, but a little pricey for what it is.

Great service, great coffee and great food. The place can get a bit loud inside when it gets busy. Next time we come here we’ll try the outdoor seating around the back.
