A nice little old school Patisserie. No fancy interior, just a local favorite with quality product. Ordered some Petit fours which were kindly kept for me in the fridge while I ate my curry meat pie. Enjoyed the eclairs. They had heaps of beautiful gingerbread houses lined up ready for pick up. You can use the entertainment book voucher for added value. Unfortunately I lost my photos 🙁 instagram.com

The staff was so nice, he was willing to wait patiently. There was not much breads when I came, perhaps because I came around 11am. I tried the cheese strudl (if Im not mistaken) and I like it. It was soft, a bit sour from the lemon, creamy (of course) from the chese and not too sweet. Will be back again for the chese strudl for sure.

The pastry here is very very ordinary and not properly cooked as layers of fat seap through. It is not light and flaky as expected of French pastry. The price for basic things is over the top. If you like fat dripping from your over priced pastry then this is the place to come.

Everything looks pretty nice. The shop didn’t look clean at all and the glass cabinet was pretty dirty. I got a. Raspberry chocolate tart which consists of a nice shortcrust pastry, raspberry marshmallow (much to my disgust) and is covered in a nice chocolate fondant type mousse. The marshmallow was incredibly tough and unpleasant texture . Also got a mini salted caramel pofiterol. It was average. The breads looked really nice but didn’t try

Adore the rosemary & potato sourdough and always take a box of their petit fours as treats when it’s time to impress. So pretty, so tasty. Despite changes along the way, we’re loyal customers since well before they aced our wedding croquembouche way back in 2000.

We’ve been to the French patisserie a few times for bread and delicious take away petit fours but decided to try out a breakfast deal I saw on Instagram. In the ‘2-4-8’ deal you get a coffee and baked and egg brioche roll (2) for $8. The brioche roll was sweet and flaky, the chutney they used was delicious (I was tempted to ask if we could buy some) and all for such a good price. We’ll definitely be going back thanks to this little deal.
