A decent feed for a good price. Always tasty seafood, fast service and friendly staff. BUT, the fact that they shut down their grill so early is ridiculous. Usually can’t order anything from the grill menu (grilled fish, burgers etc..) after 7pm. They don’t close till 8… All-in-all though, Rainworth is great value for money! They just need to keep the grill open longer!!!
Basic seafood. All pre manufactured/crumbed. No pretense that preoaration is done in the store. The scollops were small. Very busy, so good hope of the food not being off. Much better quality at Tipplers, in spite of this place having better average reviews.
Love this place. Always have a good experience. The burgers are great value and taste like old school burgers. Only one suggestion i would like to see is the option of gravy. So you can get chips and gravy. Otherwise a reliable fish n chip joint.
Fish and chips. We live in bardon, have tried a few places before becoming regulars here. Never disappoints, great choice of fish and the calamari is cooked perfectly. Have recommended a few people to go here and they are happy too.
We waited 45 minutes for average fish and chips. We are new to Bardon so hoped we had found our local fish place but were so disappointed we will never return. We waited 45 mins for our order and the final product was average at best. It’s not hard to do fish and chips well but these were pretty bland. We will keep looking for a new place!
Never had a bad meal here. Salad is basic and can’t always change items on burgers free of charge HOWEVER burgers are top notch, grilled fish is amazing AND they have sweet potato scallops!
Consistently good…. We go here at least once a week for their crumbed whiting, calamari and potato scallops. They’re consistently good with everything, except their chips aren’t really done the way we like them… We like soggy chips, and theirs are probably the way most people like them, crispy, but somewhat overcooked and dry. But we get so much whiting, because it’s sooo divine, we end up eating them like chips anyway! Don’t feel as guilty too! The staff are always so friendly and booking over the phone, it only ever takes 10 minutes to pick up, even on the busiest nights.
