Not good. First time I went the waiter didn’t like the fact I asked for a take away cup & quizzed me about it, even though I was taking it with me?Second visit, table was dirty on top & underneath & marked my cloths, took 3 attempts for staff to assist & give me a cloth.Ordered 2 serves of poached eggs (soft & runny) & said for 2 adults to prevent confusion but received 1 serve only, staff then got defensive, I just wanted my breakfast, got no apology. Eggs were rock hard, not what I ordered. Coffee was ok. I just wanted a relaxed nice breaky, instead had a very poor experience. Uninterested staff, average food. Will never go back here.
All we wanted was an egg and lettuce sandwich, one of the lunchtime staples obtainable world-wide. It was agreed that sourdough should form the base. The concoction which arrived at the table bore no resemblance to the aforementioned familiar friend. After an exchange with staff over the provenance of such a sandwich, we were then subjected to an abusive exchange with he wo apparently must be obeyed .End result – a bad taste in the mouth, an an un-eaten and very expensive concoction. I hope their coffee is better than their sandwiches.Remember – don’t ever argue with the customers they are always right
Base espresso is tucked in a local benowa shops and it’s loved by many of locals.I have recently got into eggs Benedict so here I was ordering one in a morning. I must say it was quite delicious! Plenty of spinach were used which I liked. Eggs were cooked perfectly too.Nice local shop to hang!
In love with their sunrise juice!! So refreshing and full of goodness. Perfect way to start your day!! Service was efficient and friendly!!!
