Had their chocolate and espresso frappes. Not badly priced. Amazing value if you use your entertainment card. Espresso frappe could have been stronger in coffee flavour but still not bad pick me up.
As someone who has worked at an extremely fast paced coffee shop for over two years I understand that things get busy and hard, but I just witnessed a girl using her hands to scoop the ice from the freezer into both of the iced drinks I purchased. There is absolutely no excuse, she didn’t even bother to use the cup as a scoop instead. After confronting the staff about this they didn’t do anything to fix the situation and gave us the drinks. I’m appalled and disgusted and chose to leave the drinks behind. I know how dirty hands get working as a barista and you never know how clean or sanitized someone’s hands are.
No quite sure what people that live on the Gold Coast classify as good coffee, but this is not good coffee.I asked for a large (not jumbo) strong latte and expected to pay a total of $4.50. I also expected a strong, slightly bitter coffee. What I got was little more than hot milk in a small/medium sized cup. Oh and I was also charged $5.30 for the privilege. $4.50 for the standard coffee and an additional $0.80 for the extra shot. I hate to think how weak the coffee would have been without the extra shot.If you are going to give yourself a creative name that alludes to expertise as a barista and then charge prices that would make a snobby CBD cafe weep, then at least make decent coffee.
2 for 1 Coffee at Harbourtown Centre Kiosk, Biggera Waters, QLD. Decent quality for franchise coffee. Other offerings looked good, will be back to try a meal
Best Coffee on the Coast. Amazing coffee and service always consistently good!
