This is a hidden gem at my local spot. Simple delicious dishes (special fried rice, satay chicken and curry fishball) with friendly staff and relaxing environment. Highly recommend this to anyone!

  • Cheung Tak Wah

My family of four visited the restaurant twice during our stay in Gold Coast. Definitely our most memorable and worthwhile dining experience in the city and the dishes including the seafoods and meats are beyond our expectations. My boys even wished to be there for the third time but declined by us due to long distance. A must-go restaurant if you are nearby. Also impressed by the good customer service and cosy environment.

Went there with a group of 4. Located in a small shopping mall, Green Leaf Malay is a place for a quick meal with quality Asian food. Fried rice is the best I’ve had on Gold Coast. We had seafood laksa, Pad Thai, salt and pepper prawns, sweet and sour pork and satay chicken – authentic taste and not westernized Asian food. It was all so delicious and my friend’s son licked the plate! There wasn’t one dish we didn’t enjoy.

  • Nessa

Best Malaysian food on the Gold Coast. We keep going back and trying new dishes and still impressed. The food is authentic, fresh, and they are happy to customise. The roti and dipping sauce are to die for and the all of their salt’n’pepper dishes are fabulous. Service is warm, friendly and fast. Value for money too, really cheap for such quality food.
