By far the worst sushi I have ever paid my hard earned money for. The chicken was so processed it was hardly recognizable and the seaweed was so dry it was unpalatable. Don’t waste your money like we wasted ours.
Worst value for money. Shokuraku is THE WORST value for money. For the amount you pay you get HARDLY ANY MEAT. the ratio of rice to meat is pathetic. Noone wants to eat 2/3s of a bowl of rice! You can’t add vegetables to your order. You CAN’T get any extra chilli (without soy), not even if you PAY them.They claim their computers won’t let them process an order like that. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.How much does it cost to add extras? Can they REALLY afford to lose sales because of basic computer limitations?Drfinitely boycotting this place until some SERIOUS changes happen. Not happy.
