Best Fish & Chips ever!!!. Beer battered chips are to die for and the crumbed fish is so light and crispy!! The price is great as well 🙂
Service and servings bad and too small
Very satisfied customer!. We ordered burgers and the crumbed chicken meal and wow, I don’t usually write reviews on fish & chip restaurants but this was so delicious, I had to comment. Salad was fresh, and the chicken was actually breast chicken. Very satisfied customer 🙂
Good food. Ordered takeaway, was very quick. Crumbed cod and whiting were tasty, crunchy and delicious. We also had calamari and potato scallops. We could not eat it all, portions were generous. Staff very friendly.
Hurt by owners comments. We ordered our dinner from there last night and we had our grandchildren with us. We asked the girls on the counter several times for no lemon and they advised that they would make sure the cooks knew not to put it on there. When we got home we had two packs and in one was a battered cod and in the other was a grilled snapper. No lemon was in with the snapper but lemon had been put in with the battered cod. I cannot eat lemon and it had left the taste on the cod. As soon as I saw the lemon I called the cafe and the girl who answered the phone advised that she would get the owner to call me back which he did after about ten minutes. He kept telling me that they double checked that they did not put any lemon on our meal and they did not put any on it. I was insulted that he inferred that I was lying and when I advised that I would not be back he advised that he was sorry and said that next time we come in he would give us a piece of calamari to make up for it. But he still kept saying the staff double checked that there was no lemon. I wont go back there as I had no reason to make that up and I was unable to enjoy my meal.
Had a family pack with all 9 pieces of fish perfectly crumbed, fried and salted. With a clean shop, friendly staff and crunchy chips we’ll be coming back when we’re around the area.
