Poor service. After waiting an hour for meals, half the meals for the table arrived – tepid. We then waited another 40 minutes for the remaining meals, one of which was muesli and yoghurt. Other tables were being served around us, despite the appearance that we were the only table who had booked. We cleared our own dirty crockery from the table to make space (twice), and two of our seats were taken by staff while some of our party were at the counter ordering. No apology or explanation were offered until the final meals were served 2 hours and 15 minutes after we arrived, and even then the explanation was ‘it’s just really busy’. No discounts or complimentary drinks were offered. Very disappointing.
