HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE, and BAD MANAGEMENT!!! I ate here literally a few minutes ago and the experiencewas so horrible that I felt compelled to leave this review as soon as possible (not to mention the owner got in my face, cursed at me, and shut the door of his restaurant on my face!!). Iorderedthe lunchspecial for the chicken tikkah masala. When the food cameout, it was light orange in color and tasted like ketchup mixed with yogurt. It wasDISGUSTING! To make matters worse, the chicken appeared as ifit wasprocessed chicken–akinto thethick chicken slices you would get at a delhi. You can tell by the shape of thechicken pieces that itwas processed (oval in shape). In my opinion, this place is one of the worst placesI have ever been to–and I travel the world formybusiness and eat at a lot of different places.I told the owner that I didn’t like the meal and tried toorder something else instead. At this point, he told me that I would have to pay for anything else that I purchased. Iended up eating at aMexican restaurant next door(which alsosucked, for what it’s worth, but better than this Indian place). I went back to theIndian restaurant to ask for mymoneyback. The owner got in my face and refused to give me a refund.Hetold methat his restauranthas been open for 10 years and is veryvery busy (this was his way of justifying thathis food was good). He also insisted that it was just my opinion that the food was not good, and that others like his food. While that’s fine and dandy, the bottom lineis that I was an unhappy customer and he didn’t care to make things right. Please please don’teatat this restaurant–unless you liketo eat food that tastes horrible and support a business that treats its customers like dirt.
