I have been to rocklily many times and it is a hidden gem on the north side. The menu has a small selection of dishes that changes seasonally but they are extremely well made. Beautiful fine dining with great customer service. Highly recommend this restaurant.
My partner and I regularly eat at Rocklily, and are always impressed by the food and service. The sirloin is the only steak option, but came deliciously rare with potatos, and was very filling. Recommended
We have had many lovely meals here in the past & have frequented this restaurant often for family celebrations. I’m sad to say the standard has dropped, although the service is still wonderful. Our meals were terribly disappointing, from the stale sourdough, lumpy tasteless mash potato, to the overcooked kangaroo. I would advise giving the desserts a miss. It is a shame to see a restaurant that once had a great reputation fall so short. Our feed back email to the GM was not even responded to. Disappointing.
A real surprise. And a treat in Virginia, lies this wonderful restaurant in amongst the virginia pams motel. Went here for a meal not expecting it to be fantastic, and whilst the service was not fantastic in the sense of true waiter style, they tried hard and were friendy and that made up for it being a bit rough around the edges in refinement.BUT THE FOOD!!! OH MY GOODNESS phenomenal and completely unexpected! Great serving sizes for the price and absolutely impeccably arranged and cooked.We will be back, probably on the anniversary of this night yearly, as it was when he popped the questin afterwards at a walk along redcliffe pier ^.^
A pleasant family restaurant close to our residence on Carseldine and head-and-shoulders above Lone Star, Fasta Pasta and even worse (McDonalds etc.) lurking in nearby Aspley. A good menu which is updated regularly, decent (if limited) selection of wines and excellent, friendly service amid tables with real cloth tablecloths and nice cutlery/crockery/glassware. This has become one of our fairly regular haunts.
Staff are well trained & offer great service. Food is well presented & tastes great.
Outstanding food, outstanding service, underwhelming decor and location. Situated at a motel on the corner of Zillmere Rd and Sandgate Rd, RockLily is a great place to eat, just not a place to go for a special occasion.
