We used to love coming here. They recently changed their menu for little peeps taking away the healthy grilled fish option. Our son has an allergy to egg so couldn’t eat anything but the steak. Which we had to order and he didn’t eat it. Too thin and hard for his liking. they would not make an exception for him. He was so disappointed. We couldn’t cheer him up. So won’t be going again.
RUDE STAFF SPOILT A VERY IMPORTANT NIGHT.Our big night was spoilt by 1 very over jealous bar staff member who insisted on seeing ID for a 22 year old but allowed his 18 year old sister to buy drinks without ID. This barman made comment to duty manager whilst I was in line to order that we had been rude to him, but it was him that was rude. Meals came out well undercooked for the steaks and the chicken was very dry. A 20 minute wait in line to order than another 45 wait on meals – not good customer service. WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS PLACE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUR LOCAL GO TO PLACE. Our special night can’t be replaced after an experience like this
Went here for lunch on a Saturday, it was incredibly busy and severely understaffed. Ordered from the lunch menu flat head with chips and salad, and steak sandwich. Took a good 15 minutes to order due to the queue. Then we noticed people who came in after us being served their lunch before us. When we did finally get our lunch it was cold. Not overly impressed. Won’t be back.
Love this place, never had a bad experience. Food and service always excellent. Lucky we have a place like this where we live. Always clean and tidy and very kid friendly with the play ground for the younger ones
How good is roast night!!! All you can eat for $16.90 including dessert. Awesome value for money, can’t wait to check out the other special nights

I know there aren’t many choices in the area, but any where is better than this place. Total waste if money – they stuffed up our order, and the staff were rude. The orders they did get right were seriously bland. I wish we’d gone to Maccas instead.
