AMAAAAZING music soundtrack!!! This cute little Spanish themed place is tucked in an alleyway and their ethos is hip hop, jamon, and sherry. Delicious sherry and even more delicious treats! Definitely come through for a date or to have a chill night with friends. We got lucky and were able to snag the window seat this time around 😉
Great atmosphere with old school hip hop music. The food was really good, we didn’t know what to expect but it didn’t disappoint. The potato skins was different but we really enjoyed it. Our favourite dish was the smoked chorizo and smoked peppers, we would come back just to have that again. I had trust in the waitress for a selection of wine, I told her what I liked and she brought back a Shiraz that was perfect with the meal. We can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes on the menu.
Brisbane’s small eats scene is growing up and Alba is an amazing little venue with a serious offering. Great atmosphere, delicious small plates and a killer drinks menu put Alba near the top of a very competitive field. If you love places like Maker, Snack Man and Gerard’s Bar you’ll find a home here and if you don’t the staff will win you over anyway.
