Love the salmon salad, calamari salad and the prawn pasta here.Genous numbers of prawn in the pasta, mildly spicy I would say only because I didn’t eat all the chili, but totally love the spiciness of the pasta.Love the food and cocktails here, is just every time I feel so cold and windy sitting there. Quick tip, good idea to book even for a weekday lunch.

Bar Pacino is a popular spot and I can see why. It has beautiful Brisbane River views and a great outlook of the Story Bridge. We dined here for a mid-week lunch and it was getting busy by the time we left. Service was friendly and food was served extremely quickly which is key when dining for lunch in the CBD.My husband chose the steak burger with chips. The chips were really good, super crispy with a lovely herb salt on top. The burger was only ok. The bun was heavily doused in butter or oil so very greasy. I chose the pumpkin and proscuitto pizza which was tasty but nothing amazing. The base lacked a little crispiness, toppings were nice, serving was generous but flavour-wise, it was only ok.It’s on the Entertainment Card which makes it great value and prices for portion sizes, are very good.Until recently I had no idea it even existed so it’s definitely a hidden gem worth visiting, perhaps more for the bar scene than the foodie scene though. lifelovetravelfood.wordpress.com
