We ordered fruit tea which in the menu should be served in a glass tea pot. Since were full we didnt order anything else but just tea. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, they served us tea in a plastic cup. When we asked why it looked different from the menu they simply said they dont have the glass tea pot. We then went back to the counter to get a glass cup or paper cup because boiling tea in plastic is unhealthy but they said they dont have any either. The guy in the counter said just drink what they served or get a refund – no apologies whatsoever. Staff need to be trained on customer service big time. If they continue with poor service and deliver below expectations, they will lose customers in no time.

Rating 3.5/5.Pretty good Hong Kong style dessert shop.Located on busy street with easy access in CBD.Being a sucker for anything durian, my mind was set to try Crystal Sunrise (Durian ice cream with mango, pomelo and sago sweat soup). Also tried out matcha mien mien ice to share.Durian was not as strong as I liked but was refreshing as whole. Match one looked delicious and tasted okay. One of the staff was not happy when I visited, maybe having a bad day! When asked for another spoon as we were sharing, she therew a spoon on our table and walked away…

Poor quality food, long waiting time and poor service. Ordered sticky rice ball, it was small in portion and taste really bad. I have also waited more than 20 mins for the food.

had the taro mein ice (shaved ice). it was okay for its price? i guess if you compare it to its neighbour nominom it seems like its lacking a lot but i liked this too since it was a lot more refreshing imo. wasnt too fond of the mango pieces they included tho since they didnt taste very fresh >_< red bean, sago and taro were good inclusions but more texture wouldve been nice eg some mochi.place has plenty of chairs and tables for everyone but i was low-key annoyed that my chair was rickety and that the table was kinda sticky. ah well…in comparison to other hong kong dessert places ive been in australia this is a bit lacking tho especially for its price :/

AWESOME!!! Variety of desert choices… But… Very small portion for $10. Hope they will enlarge the portion to stay competitive… Overall still not bad…

Amazing place. Bonded with the owner. Such a great guy. The menu is so good and different. I think it’d the only place that serves Hong Kong hot dessert. Had the double skin milk and coconut and red bean pudding and it was too notch. Everyone has to try this place!
