Came here with a mate and at loved the decor of this restaurant. I especially like the dragon body hovering over the ceiling and the Chinese cabinet by the bar. I was really looking forward to Luke Nguyun Siganture Pho since hes such a fantastic chef. However I was to be disappointed. The soup was bland and the slice meat was pretty tasteless. Ive eaten pho everywhere and even the cheapest $10 pho in Richmond beats his hands down. However the Xiao Log Bao was incredible (and expensive at 4 for $12) and the Crispy Tofu was tasty.I wrap it up with a Taro Milk Tea with pearl and again being a huge milk tea fan it was a massive disappointment. The milk tea was watery which meant they didnt add enough powder and the pearl was soggy and slightly hard, so not too chewy. So I walked away from this place pretty disappointed.
