Bad customer service. The customer service here is not that great! i go here for convenience as its down stairs from the Telstra building, other that convenience, nothing brings me back to this place!

Inconsistent and expensive. The boss is horrible, I used to go there everyday and would just have a wrap with same and very small amount of ingredients every single day price would change, the staff was charging $3.50 as there was nothing on it, the boss came to me and said no they should not charge that less and told me that staff is charging incorrectly,, that was a horrible experience, boss is always bossing around the staff, not a good customer service and very pricey
I used to go here a lot but the miserable service and hostile vibe was not worth it. The staff were literally miserable and the guy would boss them around. Not my thing. The food isn’t good enough to justify the atmosphere.
Inflexible & Inconsistent Pricing. If it wasn’t so convenient i would never ever go here!The staff used to be lovely, friendly and helpful, if you spent under $10 and needed to use eftpos they wouldn’t mind or would at least offer you the option to pay 50c surcharge, now its spend over $10 or tough, you have to walk to the atm. They used to do half sandwiches which was great because their slices of bread are massive but that’s no longer an option. The previous Manager George was fantastic but now the new staff are very inflexible, im not sure if its because of the new Manager, it’s possible because she’s quite rude. My biggest gripe is the inconsistency with pricing, every time i get the same thing and every time its a different price, when i tell them that, i get attitude. I’ve had other people say the same thing. They charge premium prices, they give way below average service, that’s no way to run a business. Perhaps they should take note from the Chocolate Soldier boys, extremely friendly, always so happy, its a joy to go there!I’m speaking on behalf of quite a few people here.
Overpriced variety. Variety of food – yes. But too much inconsistency with service provided amoungst the staff & items are rather over priced depending on what you order. Have had to take items back to be toasted further, due to not being able to tell whether toasted. Bit disappointing.
Too slow. Green grocer used to be a great place to go for coffee and a quick eat, but is has declined so badly that I will not be back. The staff spend more time talking amongst themselves and attempting to look busy, the coffee is burnt and bitter, and the food preparation has become very slap-dash. Very disappointing.
