Indian and Mexican fusion? I was skeptical. VERY. But I was also very wrong. It. Is. Awesome! I visited IndiMex on wheels after a friend raved about the burritos. My first visit I had beef madras tacos and they were a total flavour explosion. Absolutely sensational! My second visit (in the same week even!) I asked if I could have the burrito without the wrap but the chef suggested instead I go for the nacho salad – I had it with chicken tikka this time. I found the chicken a little dry and I didn’t enjoy it as much as the tacos but it was still so fresh and full of flavour.Definitely one of the better food trucks in Brisbane – fast service, great flavours and not too $$. No doubt I’ll be back again soon! YUM!
