Beautiful? Yes. But I would describe their sushi rolls as HUGE. At least when you compare them to other sushi places. Miki is more expensive, but the selection is extensive. If you are fed up with regular white rice sushi rolls, Miki can offer brown/black rice, huge nigiri pcs and a few items on a la carte menu. Each sushi roll is conveniently wrapped in transparent film and you can easily remove it as you eat. So if you are outside but somehow have dirty hands, you don’t have to worry about touching food. luna-bento.com

Oh miki ur so fine, ur so fine you blow my mind, hey miki, hey miki. This sushi really IS fine. As others have said, totally rate that they’re mixing it up with brown and black rice options. Their slogan is ‘beautiful sushi’ and the intricate items on display truly are aesthetically gorgie with great flavour combos too. Look forward to trying more soon. Sorry not sorry for that song in yo head!
I absolutely love this place! I waited with much anticipation and excitement when this place first opened and it has not let me down once in any of my excursions there. I love the black rice sushi and being a non-seafood eater, I love that I have so many options to select from! The staff are so sweet, friendly and always smiling. Very well priced and adorable little setup. Definitely ideal for a quick lunch break or if you want something simple but full of flavour. It is always busy but service is fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
Very quick lunch on the run today. I was drawn to this place by their gorgeous display of sushi in glass cabinets. Nigiri and hand rolls. Seaweed wrapped or rice on the outside. Black rice too! So many interesting fillings and there is hot food available as well. Seating inside where you can watch the lunch rush on Adelaide Street. Today I bought a black rice roll filled with spicy salmon and cream cheese and the other roll was regular rice and seaweed filled with teriyaki salmon and avocado. Really enjoyed both and they didn’t skimp on the fillings in either. Will be back to try more flavours soon.
Just been here for lunch today for chicken katsudon and try some rainbow and tsunami. They was all very good. Even the price a bit higher than other but no doubt the quality very good. The best sushi in brisbane. Just ordered platter here it so amazing. Very freshly and delish. And 1 more thing that i love is fresh orange juice. It was so fanstatic. Very freshhhhhhh… Yummyy..
This is a good place for lunch. I quite enjoy their black rice sushi. The price is slightly higher than other sushi joints, but it’s a generous serve and the quality of both the rice and the meat/vegetables are quite high.
