Having just had exactly the same experience, I echo every sentiment in Lifelovetravelfoods recent review so much I want to cut & paste it right now. Suffice to say the moral of the story is dont expend time, energy & money here midweek for work lunches. Unless you crave paying $27 for a chicken parmie with soggy chips & a side of chaos. In which case youre gonna love it! Save this place for after work hijinx & weekend drinks in the beer garden. The difference between day & night is starker than you think.
