Buffet is value for money. Their sushi buffet is delicious and fresh but you’ll have to be attentive since its self service and they’re all snapped up very quickly. Their stock is ok with three varieties. Buffet also includes vegetables for your soup, beef pork, fish and several other fried foods. Lots of things to eat while you wait for your stock to be ready for cooking
Tonight we had booked out a private area for a birthday, and had 7 tables. Nice little private area making it good for celebrations. This place is located in the city on Mary street, so if cant find street parking best to park in secure parking. This place is self service and you can call to order drinks and extras. So we had all you can eat hot pot and sushi. There are 2 stocks you can get vegetarian or hot and spicy (Tom yum)With plenty of sides, with also hot food section which had fried chicken, octopus balls, veggie stir fry and hot chips. The sushi was good and the hot pot was average. Plenty of meat with small amount of veggies and the hot pot tom yum was not spicy a little let down. But it was a good night, with a decent selection of food. So if you want a decent amount of food all you can eat check this place out.
the place to go if you want to stuff yourself silly and become uncomfortably full. ive been here before but came again to celebrate the lunar new year. friday/weekend nights are always more expensive at $35.9 pp. i dont think its actually worth the money but sometimes its just nice to go to a buffet and have an endless supply of food hahahot pot itself has decent variety. ive tried the fish bone soup and the tom yum soup base. tom yum soup base is more flavoursome at the start but both get pretty oily/fatty/salty etc after youve put in a few plates of meat. i liked to chuck in heaps of wombok, some vermicelli and whatever meats they had. sushi was decent. the rice isnt great so i dont bother really eating the ricey bits. my fave would be the beef tataki sushi. raw salmon is ok, not super fresh but what can you expect at a buffet anyway [shrugs]not a fan of the fried food. its either always dry or hella greasy. their fresh salads/orange slices on the other hand dont taste very fresh either so theres no palate cleanser except for their tap water. basically, a great place to go if you want to binge eat and if you dont care if each bite is tasty. since theres no time limit, i stayed as long as i could until my tummy started hurting (not a good idea). the staff are friendly and the place can get really crowded and loud (and its hard to hear your own conversations).
Raised the price to 36.9 on saturday night. If you prefer quantity over quality than this is the place for you. The soup and the sauce are watered down. Just buy a pack of hot pot soup base in asian supermarket and you have better tasting soup then what they offer. There are msg in the food cos i feel really thirsty afterward and the sad thing is i still cant taste any flavour in the food. There are only beef and pork to choose for hot pot and the prawns are small and they replace them slowly. I give one star for the sushi bar but 37 bucks you can get a sashimi plate elsewhere. I can see why this place is popular if you can eat alot.
They dont do split billing so you better carry cash with you just in case!! In terms of the buffet, the only component I really enjoyed was the sushi bar (which was what made paying $36 worth while). The ingredients they offered for hotpot seemed pretty ordinary, prawns were definitely not fresh. Also wished they offered steamed rice as an option instead of noodles.
Amazing. So much good sushi and so fresh. Even hotpot ingredients were good. Grilled salmon aburi was amazing. Order system for table service also very effective.
