Sushi roll stand in the Wintergarden food court. I’ve walked past it several times.I had a salmon and avocado nori roll. It was fine: nothing outstanding and nothing upsetting. The rice was a little mooshy… which I don’t mind so much, there was a moderate amount of salmon and small sliver of avocade. Value for money was ok.Verdict: now I’ve tried it there’s no need to go again.

It had been a long time since I’d had a sushi roll so I decided to give a try to this store inside the wintergarden at queen st.There were plenty of options, even more than just a couple vegan options which is not really common for a sushi shop which made me actually excited to try it.After looking at the options I chose the teriyaki mushroom and seaweed salad roll. The teriyaki mushroom roll was a bit too sweet for me and if my partner hadn’t been there to share it with me I’d probably have got tired of it before finishing it. Would rate it a 3 out of 5.The seaweed salad sushi on the other hand was more enjoyable and I would have it again if feeling like having a roll. Would rate it a 3.5 out of 5.Overall in my opinion there is nothing special about this place but there is also nothing bad about it, just one of many sushi shops that you can find in the cbd.

Called by here for a quick take away lunch. All the sushi looked appealing & I decided to have the salmon & avocado rolls which were $2.8 each, which I thought were very good value for the size & quality

On Adelaide St this shop front is open and clean. All the offerings are displayed in glass cabinets. The hot food selection is showed in the wall.I tried teriyaki salmon rolls which were really good. A large piece of salmon with cucumber and lettuce. The teriyaki flavour was spot on. Drinks available too. A little cheaper than some other sushi shops in this area. Worth stopping for a bite.
