Nice food and enough of variety to keep me busy eating and feel full, however the table setting makes the ambience looks and feels like being in a workplace cafeteria rather than being in a 5 stars buffet restaurant. Other than that there is really nothing at fault.

If you purchased the Groupon voucher I’d suggest you ask for a refund. The buffet is a scam!!!! It’s normally priced at $25 if you walk in where as Groupon is priced at $22 with a discount of 50%. I understand you do get a glass of wine included in the deal but it’s still not worth $44. The food itself was very limited. Just lazy by the chefs. All food were literally tasteless and prepared to quickly. Stir fried noodles wasn’t even cooked in a wok. Just boiled noodles then veg and sauce poured over and this is from a Sheraton Hotel. I think they did far more damage to the hotel brand by joining Groupon with this poor attempt of Asian buffet. I would think the chefs would be embarrassed by the food they are presenting to paying customers. Anyway avoid the Groupon vouchers. I feel so robbed that I wasted my $22. Btw you would far enjoy a meal with sides at your local Chinese restaurant so go there instead and support local businesses not these global hotels that scam people

Came here whilst I was staying over for the weekend. Tried out the buffet breakfast. The service is good from staff I cannot fault them. There were a few things that didn’t bode well. The coffee machine was not working properly and whatever you selected was just really concentrated coffee that only filled 1/2 the cup. Food left a lot to be desired. It’s great they have omelette station which is where I ordered from the most but the selection and quality of food could and should be better for this place. I hope it gets better soon because it’s in a great location and I can see the potential

Have only dined here for breakfast. Decent selection on offer for the buffet breakfast. Stayed in the hotel (Four Points by Sheraton) so had a $20 voucher which was good value for the selection.

Went to Four Points By Sheraton with Groupon deal last night. Surprisingly saw the contemporary set-up which is nice and neat. Opened kitchen offers me the opportunity to oversee the chefs’ preparation that makes me exciting. Service is professional and friendly. I love the Chilled Rare Seared beef, in which the lime sorbet kicks starting my appetite. Crab and corn cakes are full of crab taste and both entree’s plating are aesthetic (I am not comparing that with fine-dining restaurant). Rib fillet and chicken are done perfectly juicy. I have to appreciate the wine list, which is concisely introducing various famous brands of wine in the world. Surely, for such a local gem, I will definitely revisit again.

Average Experience. Having a voucher and trying a seafood platter for two, we found the cold dishes (crab, prawns) disappointing with a watery taste and bland appearance. The barramundi was perfectly moist and delicious while the calamari showed some toughness. A pile of chips disappointed as they were not crisp on the outside and soft inside but just soggy and limp. Service was good and the drinks/wine list good for range but starting at $11 a glass for a suitable wine for the platter. All in all not up to expectations. If coming here again, would have to try something freshly cooked again as the fish was very good. I expect the cold seafood was not at its peak.

Service is 10/10. A big thank you to Chris who looked after us on Saturday night for a birthday celebration. The seafood was fresh and the platter was more than enough for one person.
