Best place to head before anything at Suncorp. Great atmosphere and live music. They have a craft bar too that is constantly changing so love coming back.
My friends and I came here for a weekday lunch. They have updated the interior with the typical furnishings you see at most places these days which is nice. They have a $12.50 lunch special where you can choose either chicken schnitzel, crumbed fish or rump with chips, salad and sauce. If you are after a big feed then choose the chicken over the fish.
Food not to standard. Went out with a group of friends for dinner to the trans. They must have left my plate out while they were preparing teh other meals. So my meal was cold. I have a feeling that meal my have been prepared at lunch time but I can not confirm this. When I complained, I was treated like a criminal. If you go to this place make sure you take a thermometer. My mates were happy with their meals but one complained the steak was tough. I am more annoyed at how I was treated than the meal. I could imagine that there is a lot going on in teh kitch so the chef my have slipped up. PS I was not wanting a free meal either…just a warm one.
Awesome lunch!!. I usually visit here for lunch with some work colleagues and we always have great meals that are great value. The salt and pepper calamari and steaks are great meals!! great atmosphere and good staff.recommend this place for a good pub lunch!
Worst lunch ever. What happen to you ? What? U used to be good but now … 1h for a piece of over cooked rubber call steak? My semi deceased pet monkey did a better job though a lot slower.
Top bar, food was exceptional and prices for a city bar were really surprisingly good value – I’ve been a few times and will keep going many more.
Stopped in for a beer on the way to the Australia vs France game. There was a large function on but with multiple bars and competent stuff they did extremely well to deal with busy numbers. Will for sure be back to check out the meals which I was told are top notch.
