I went to Two Black Birds today as I was running late for an appointment and I didnt have time to go to my fav coffee shop. I dont usually go to Two Black Birds as it is expensive and Im yet to have a good coffee from them. So today, not only did I pay too much for a bad coffee, they also filled a number of orders that came in after mine, before making my latte. I had to chase it up with a staff member to get my drink (over 10 minute wait), and was consequently late for my appointment. Never again.
It’s a shame I am not in the area more often. because I absolutely love this cafe. The coffee is always nice as is the food. Most notable however is the welcoming and friendly environment created by the lovely staff. They always have a warm hello and genuine smile. I enjoy the decor too and in general find it a comfortable place to sit with a book and my morning coffee. The food cabinet always looks fresh and inviting.
When the coffee is as good as the food is as good as the service is as good as the atmosphere…Great place. They have a very diverse and exceptionally priced food and coffee menu. Would recommend.
Consistently amazing coffee and fresh nourishing food that is full of flavour, the devils avocado is one of my favourites on the current menu.
This place was recommended to me by a close friend so was expecting perfection. I was very impressed by the menu which included a coffee sampling plate for around $11 (from memory) I had already placed my order before noticing this which was disappointing. (next time for sure) My flat white came out lacking strength so I returned it & received an almost perfect replacement by the very courteous barista. The coffee is very smooth & was well presented & I loved the look of the desert cabinet especially the white chocolate & strawberry muffin (there was only one left, so they must have been as good as they looked!)
Awesome coffee, even better customer service. These people love their coffee love their customers even more. 11/10 recommend! Bring your friends, feel the love, ask for a brownie, you won’t regret it!
Amazing place. Lovely staff and awsome food.a must go. I had such a great experience having tasty food with really strong and delightful coffee that you can hardly find anywhere else
