I tried this food stall today out at the Redcliffe Jetty Markets. Had the char grilled pork bahn mi. The bun was super crispy and light in texture. The filling was crisp and fresh tasting and the pork was fragrant and savoury. Delightful!My only complaint is that I think they may have marinated the pork in soda so it had this slightly unusual slightly springy texture. Verdict: good price ($7), would definitely have it again.
