So mixed things up this morning and got a coffee from Zoom instead of my normal barista. Located in the thoroughfare of central station I expected more staff to be on hand due to the morning rush but unfortunately only 2 staff on to cater for the constant flow of customers. Took 5 mins to have my order taken, another 10 for my coffee to then be made and the end result was not good, coffee was far to milky and no strength to the coffee at all. Food in the cabinet looked good but wont return for the coffee in a hurry. Staffing improvements needed, polite staff just need more on hand for the mornings.
